Short-notice cover is a franchise problem — not a “post it on a public app” problem.
Franchise locations need reliable cover on short notice. Today that usually means informal borrowing from other sites (uneven pay, travel, and tracking), agency staff or strangers from public apps that don’t fit brand-trained crews, or managers burning time chasing people who may not be cleared for the role.

Rates, mileage rules, and any network share are set with the brand and advisers. Nothing on this page is a live tariff or a cover request.
